Head to our scheduling page and pick your service, date, and time. You can also book directly from any service page or the pricing calculator.

A few days of notice is usually plenty, but end-of-month move-out dates and holiday times fill up faster. If you need something sooner, book anyway and we'll do our best to make it work.

Yes. We just ask for at least 24 hours of notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Life happens, so if something comes up inside that window, reach out and we'll work with you. For more information on how we handle this, review our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

Nope. Many of our clients aren't home. Just leave entry instructions when you book (door code, key location, lockbox) and we'll secure the home when we leave.

Our services start at flat rates you can see on the pricing page. The final price depends on the size of your space and any add-ons. Use the pricing calculator on our pricing page to get an instant quote.

Payment is collected after we arrive, complete our inspection, and confirm any billing adjustments with you (we'll share adjustments with you directly if in person or reach out via phone/email to get confirmation). No charges are made without your explicit approval.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We can also accept Cash App or Venmo in person! Just ask after our inspection when we present our final estimate for payment.

Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. If your cleaner did a great job and you want to say thanks, a tip is the most direct way to do it.

A routine cleaning is a recurring maintenance clean: dusting, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms kept tidy week to week. A deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom scrub that gets the spots routine cleans miss: baseboards, inside appliances, cabinet fronts, and detail work throughout.

Just tidy up any clutter you want out of the way (toys, laundry, dishes) so we can spend our time actually cleaning instead of organizing. Beyond that, nothing.

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right. We'd rather fix our mistake than lose your trust.

It depends on the service and the size of your space. A routine cleaning of an average home usually takes two to three hours. Deep cleanings and move-in/move-out cleanings take longer.

Yes. We bring everything: products, vacuums, mops, and cloths. You don't need to supply a thing.

We use safer, effective products and list them all on our products we use page. If you have sensitivities or prefer we use something specific in your home, just let us know when you book.

We choose products with that in mind and stick to options with safer ingredient profiles. If anyone in your home has a specific allergy or sensitivity, mention it during booking and we'll plan around it.

We're pet-friendly. Friendly dogs and cats are fine to roam while we work. If your pet is anxious around strangers or vacuums, a closed room or crate keeps everyone more comfortable.

Whatever works for you: a door code, a lockbox, a hidden key, or, a neighbor, friend, or property manager letting us in. You can specify how we access you property when you schedule your cleaning.

We serve Cookeville and the surrounding area. Check the service area page to confirm your address is in range, or just start booking and we'll verify your zip code.

Sometimes, depending on the job. Larger jobs like move-in/move-out cleanings are easier for us to travel for. Reach out before booking and we'll let you know.
