Dispatch Fee Policy
Last updated: September 2026
When we schedule your cleaning, we reserve a spot on our calendar and send a crew to your home. This policy explains the one fee tied to that dispatch.
The $49 Dispatch Fee
Once our crew arrives, a $49 dispatch fee may be charged if we're unable to begin the scheduled cleaning because the appointment is canceled, deferred, inaccessible, or otherwise unable to proceed for reasons within the customer's control.
Common situations where the fee applies:
- Nobody is home and no access was arranged (no key, code, or other entry).
- You cancel or ask to reschedule after the crew has already arrived.
- The space cannot be cleaned as booked (for example, no power or water, or the home is not in a condition our crew can safely work in).
When the Fee Does Not Apply
- You cancel or reschedule before our crew arrives, in line with our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
- We are the ones who cannot make the appointment (for example, a scheduling issue on our end or severe weather).
- The crew arrives and is able to begin work as scheduled. In that case, there is no dispatch fee at all, just the price of your cleaning.
Why This Fee Exists
Dispatching a crew means blocking time on our schedule and paying our team for their travel and time. The dispatch fee covers a portion of that cost when an appointment falls through at the door for reasons outside our control.
